WHO SHOULD PAY FOR THE BILLS ON A DATE IN A RELATIONSHIP?

 I was just sitting down on my own before my brother came in ranting and complaining about his girlfriend he took on a date.He said they went to a club in a hotel, so when it was time to order, he told her to order first but she refused, he took the menu list and ordered for a pizza and a cup of brandy then handed the list to her, he was shocked when she ordered for a sponge meat,lobster and a cup of vodka (ciroc).
I didn't know what to tell him because i have not really gone on a date with a girl but during my secondary school days, i had a toaster (girl), although she was my senior but she was coming to see me always simply because i was a fresh dude. I always stay in my class during break so she came up to me and asked me if i will be available for a date, (me way say hunger wan finish my life before) i said yes with immediate effect. The eatery we were suppose to meet is just a 5minutes walk from the school, at closing hour, i went to her class and we left for our date together. Immediately we got there, the first thing she said was, 'what will you like'. As i saw everything in glass at the eatery, i became confused but as a sharp and street guy, i just ordered 3 packs of jollof rice and chickens for myself and two siblings, i didn't stop there ooo, i also took some yoghurts and a little sausages. She looked at my me with a kind of face and said, 'i think your mum runs a canteen'...i shook my head and told her no ooo and told her not to be angry because i will not be able to sit and eat with her since it is takeaway and i will bribe my two brothers with the other two packs in case my mum asks me where am coming from, they will just cover for me. I must recommend the girl, although she looked hurt and angry but as she is my senior in school, she had to pay.
 To my own view of angle, the person in charge of the bills is the person that calls for the date.
 Am a very busy person, always having tight schedule, so you can't come and call me for a date and expect me to pay. I asked my brother who called for the date and he said he was the one, i just laughed my fat ass out.
