 A lot of women look very old between the age of 40 and 50 due to the negligence of themselves. Age sneaks upon all of us and our skin is the first it takes its toll on. People wonder why women looks older, the reason is that women age faster than men due to the hormonal changes they experience in their lifetime starting from puberty, menopause and pregnancy. Here are few tips to help you fight the signs of aging.
 Eat balanced diets: Most of us neglect eating balanced diets. Some women will eat rice and spagetti in the morning, garri in the afternoon and pounded yam at night, the combination of the food is very bad and will surely make you look old. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables that will help you boost your immune system. For example, Vitamin C promotes the skin strength, so if you want to age carefully, take oranges and peppers. BETA CAROTENE also prevents pre-mature aging of skin. It can be fund in carrots.
 Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake. Alcohol weakens the immune system and causes dehydration. Alcohol will make the liver distended which will lead to nose and cheeks capilaries. Smoking causes premature wrinkles on the body.There is nothing positive about smoking.
 Avoid too much sun: the sun can cause an extensive damage to the skin, this will lead to darkness of the human body.

 Do not use bleaching creams: God gave us a wonderful skin color and made us in His own image. Bleaching cream will make you develop burns on your body, it will also make you look artificial and awkard. Instead of bleaching, look for a skin care products that will cleanse, protect and moisturize your skin.
 Engage in physical activities: Find an interesting and suitable physical activity you can engage in. It may be dancing, walking or playing basket ball. It will help the brain power and give you nice shape.
